Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the EduMark University Fee Payment Portal (the "Service") operated by EduMark University ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By using this Service, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in a timely manner. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the payment gateway.
All fee payments made through this portal are final and non-refundable, except as required by university policy or applicable law. If you believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information, including your Roll Number. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
In no event shall EduMark University, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
